Just a quick one. Unless I'm doing the exact same trip and I'm looking for detailed information I find, "I did x, then y and finally z" blog posts pretty dull to read, especially when they include the mundane details of every small thing.
Yet you'll also notice most of my trip reports in the menu on the right are exactly this kind of blog post. That's intentional. They're a digital copy of my physical diary entries (which I'm sure I will lose at some point) and serve as an immortalisation and backup of the scrawlings I've made whilst travelling. These blog posts are written as personal pieces, but if someone else can gain enjoyment from then, then great!
But, I do know that they may appear dull or long winded to some others - if you're one of these people then have a browse through my "Lessons from the Road" category. They contain more succinct, anecdotal stories and lessons I've learnt whilst travelling. They're my world views that I've written to share with other people.
If you're a gear nerd then there's a category for that too. I've used lots of products for lots of time. Some of them I feel compelled to share my opinions on.
